Got this for sparring/playing around with my friends. Definitely heavy feeling and would probably absorb some headshots pretty decently.
A Bit on the Smallish Side for Me
First of all, I bought this headgear because of it's price. At less than $25, it's a good deal for training/light sparring head protection.
My problem with the headgear is that it's on the small-ish side for my head. Though this headgear comes in an "Adult" size, I still had a hard time putting it on (I assumed it was a one size fits all); the design itself is not very intelligent either.
